Claims one pending row from ~/.claude/harvest-queue.db (priority 0 first = today, then priority 1 = backfill), runs Sage gist/link/extract/investigate pipeline on that session's JSONL, writes harvest-context.md to ~/nextcloud/Technical/claude/_attachments//, registers as tool_output attachment via carapace_sessions. Sage priority: 8 for today, 9 for backfill. Timer: OnUnitActiveSec=120s. Entry point: /home/gandalf/.virtualenvs/harvest-trunk/bin/harvest-worker. Source: ~/working/carapace/packages/harvest/ (vivo rule: 'harvest trunk (source)' → ~/trunk/harvest/). Depends on ironclad-sage. Reads same queue DB as harvest-detect-trunk.
