5-minute token-delta detector + harvest queue seeder. Parses ~/.claude/projects/.jsonl, emits claude_tokens points to InfluxDB (bucket carapace_harvest_), and enqueues idle (≥30min) sessions into ~/.claude/harvest-queue.db with priority=0 for today's files and priority=1 for older. Never calls Sage. Timer: OnUnitActiveSec=300s. Entry point: /home/gandalf/.virtualenvs/harvest-trunk/bin/harvest-detect. Source: ~/working/carapace/packages/harvest/ (vivo rule: 'harvest trunk (source)' → ~/trunk/harvest/). Depends on InfluxDB (influxdb.surfaceblack.carapace.*) for metric emission; queue upsert still occurs on Influx failure (acceptance #8). Part of carapace/harvest-live-service project.
