Polls the Anthropic Claude usage endpoint every 5 minutes and writes the result to ~/.claude/.cquota_cache.json plus weekly trend samples at _{/.claude/.cquota_weekly_trend.json. Consumed by the Claude Code statusline (}/.claude/statusline.sh) and by cquota --no-poll interactive clients. Replaces the old pattern of running cquota -w in a tmux session for cache maintenance. Systemd timer: cquota-poll-prod.timer (OnUnitActiveSec=300s) on ironclad. Entry point: /home/gandalf/.virtualenvs/cquota/bin/cquota --poll-only (venv: cquota, installed editable from ~/prod/cquota/). Source: ~/working/bob/cquota/ (vivo rule: cquota). MAX_RUNTIME=240s (below 300s interval to prevent overlap).
