Matches attendance by email to set free/busy transparency. Systemd timer: apestaart_fullcalsync.timer (OnCalendar=--* 03:00:00) on ironclad. Entry point: apestaart-o365cal --full (venv: apestaart). Shares browser state with apestaart_funlhnfwd and apestaart_funlhncal. Auth guards: quiet hours (8pm-7am Adelaide), shared auth lock file, ntfy unlock flow.
